One of the more unique skyscapers in Seattle. This is the Rainier Tower. Built in
1977, with 31 floors. The tall and narrow base only covers 25% of the building site. You could argue the building
should be 40 stories tall because of the large base. Yes, it did fine in the large 6.8 earthquake a few years ago.
