Downtown from across Elliott Bay in West Seattle. Down below this picture and off to
the right is a pretty good beach - Alki Beach. A nice area to hang out. Too bad the water is so damn cold. In fact,
all of Puget Sound and the Pacific Ocean is generally too cold for swiming. The water comes from Alaska, not a place
known for warm swimming water.
