In the upper left of this picture is Mt. Rainier. At 14,410 feet it is the highest mountain in WA state, and I believe the second highest in the Lower 48.If you look at the license plate of any WA state registered car, you will see this mountain.
Just above the engine on this Alaska Airlines Boeing 737-900 you see Mount St. Helens. Just a few months later she would start steaming again. To the right (East) of St. Helens is Mt Adams. Adams is another of the 10,000 foot+ moutains that you find the Cascade Range.
