Row 1
1 - From summer vacation in Souther Norway. We rented this cabin in Grimstad. I believe this is from summer 1974.2 - Max and Gwyn's wedding in August of 2001 in Auburn, NY.
3 - Jakne and Muffin on the day I got Lucy. She was just a little Alaskan Malamute puppy, just about 6 weeks old. Picture was taken at Jake's old house in Marysville. Little does Muffin realize that soon Lucy would be the Alpha Dog!
4 - Christmas in Snohomish 1997. Lucy is a little bigger than in the previous picture! Carol, Jake and my Mother.
5 - Back to about 1971 in Auburn, NY. Picture is inside our house at 32 Wegman St.
6 - From Jake and Carol's wedding in Dec '98. Carol's mother and her sister Stephanie are in the picture along my parents, Inge and Joe.
7 - My Kindergarden picture in Auburn, NY in either 1971 or 1972.

1 - In 1975, one my few pictures of my father and his father. Picture is taken at our house in Kolbotn, Norway. Jake is also in the picture as well as our old poodle Lizzy is sitting on my lap.2 - Our big Chrysler 300 that my father had from 1969 - 1972. I believe this picture is taken near Lake Ontario in 1969.
3 - Shortly after moving back home to Norway we got Lizzy. Her and I are enjoying some sun.
4 - Fast forward to 1987 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Yup those are pink pants, but remember this is the same time period as Miami Vice was on TV.
5 - In Taipei, Taiwan. Our pretty impressive hotel. 1989.
6 - On top of White Face Mountain, near Lake Placid, NY. The 1980 Winter Olympics were held here. Note bad hair.
7 - Cadillac Mountain in Maine. Maine has become a focal state for me since the company I work for (Unum) is based out of Portland. Cadillac Mountain is near Bar Harbor. A great place to visit.
Row 3
1 - In Taipei for Jake & Carol's wedding, Dec. 1989.2 - One of our vacations in Hawaii, specifically the island of Kuaii- the northern most of the Hawaiian Islands. Nice blue on our rental car!
3 - Mamma recreating the Boston Tea Party a few years later.
4 - During a visit from my parent while we lived briefly in Michigan, we went up to Mackinaw Island. Mackinaw Island is in Northern Michigan; a pretty cool island. It is where the movie Somewhere in Time was filmed with Christopher Reeves and Jane Seymour - one of Becky's favorite movies.
5 - In 1992 I moved to Seattle for the first time. Mark Steigerwald joined me on the x-country drive.
6 - On the same x-country trip. Here we are not far from Denver, CO.
7 - I spent about a year in Alaska. My mother came up for a visit. We drove up to get a view of Mount McKinley (highest point in North America).
Row 4
1 - A rare picture for me. The only one I have of my father's parents. My grandmother on my father's side died in 1969 when I was only 2. Also in the picture are Sissel & Jake, my mother and her mother ('Besta'), along with two of my aunts. Saddly, only us three kids in this picture are still alive.Picture is from June 1967 - I'm two months old.
2 - A scan from one of the albums my mother made. Here I am on my first birthday in Kolbotn, Norway.
3 - Outside of Anchorage in 1992.
4 - Hiking to the top of Besseggen in Norway. A looong climb.
5 - Back to Anchorage. There really is something about powerful machinery.
6- My Cousine Nina.
7 -During our honeymoon in August of 1998. Great picture of Becky with Geirangerfjorden in the background.
